Putsch-Meniconi, founded in1956, situated in Poggibonsi in the province of Siena, is a branch of the German Group Putsch. The production range of Putsch-Meniconi, is divided in different sections and is one of the world leading manufacturer for the production of:

Automatic Saw for Glass Svp1080
Automatic Saw offers the possibility of both HORIZONTAL and VERTICAL cuts by simply rotating the saw head assembly. Therefore cuts a sheet are executable without handling or sliding the glass itself. The following components are included in the machine:
- Vertical Cut 2.520 – 2.720 – 3.320 mm / Horizontal Cut 3.200 – 5.100 – 6.980 mm
- A steel frame secured on welded steel pedestals. On the frame the machine is equipped with upper and lower rails so that the beam can slide. The carriage and or cutting unit moves with two rails. One is on the top and one at the bottom of the machine.
Automatic Saw for Glass Svp1080
- A supporting back plane is made of water resistant materials, equipped with a series of fixed and movable elements that allow for better levelling of the glass sheet.
- A sawing assembly complete with the vertical sliding carriage and the diamond disc housing head. On this assembly are located the main motor and additional sliding and locking elements. This allows the sawing assembly to move up and down the panel and also lock into a desired position.
- A beam sliding along the entire length of the machine. The sawing assembly slides on the rails provided on the beam itself. The operating board is bolted on the arm where all controls of the machine are assembled.
- A series of wheel blocks and adjustable supports for moving and supporting the glass sheet.
- An angled setting of the diamond disc housing head is provided in order to obtain vertical angled cuts. Angles are in the range of 10° up to 45°, in steps of 5°, including 22°30', for a maximum thickness of 45 mm.
- A pneumatic device for inserting shims which are needed while operating horizontal cuts is provided on the diamond disc housing. This device is operated by a push bottom devise located on the operating board. Shims are inserted at any horizontal cutting height while operator standing on the ground.
- The ability to regulate the working speed of either horizontal or vertical cutting operations is continuously controlled by a potentiometer located on the operation board and within operating safety parameters. On the same operation board is located a PLC allowing cutting programs for both horizontal and vertical dimensions. This unique design allows the cutting speed to be regulated by the potentiometer and also interact with the inverter. On the same operation board we have included a touch panel as interface with the PLC located inside the main electrical box managing vertical and horizontal cuts.

Otomatik Cam Kesim Makinesi Svp1080
Otomatik kesim makinesi bıçak yönünü değiştirerek rahatlıkla camı yatay ve dikey olarak kesebilir. Böylece elle dokunmadan, yönlendirmeden, kaydırmadan otomatik olarak kesim yapmak mümkündür.
- Dikey kesim ebatları: 2.520 - 2.720 – 3.320 mm

- Çelik bir gövdeye sahiptir. Alt ve üst kısımda raylar mevcuttur. Taşıma ve kesme ünitesi raylar üzerinde hareket eder.

- Destekleyici arka panel suya dayanıklı malzemeden yapılmıştır. Camın doğru şekilde pozisyonlanması için sabit ve hareketli parçalardan oluşmaktadır.
- Dikey sürgülü taşıyıcı ve elmas diskli kafası ile komple kesim düzeneği mevcuttur. Bu düzenekte ana motor, ek kaydırma ve kilitleme parçaları da bulunmaktadır. Böylece cam plaka aşağı yukarı istenildiği gibi hareket ettirilir ve doğru noktada kilitlenerek kusursuz pozisyonlama yapılır.
- Kirişlerden biri makine boyunca uzanır. Bu kirişin üzerinde bulunan raylar ile kesim düzeneği hareket ettirilir. Kumanda panosu, makinenin tüm kontrol mekanizmasının bulunduğu kola bağlıdır.
- Cam plakanın hareket etmesi ve desteklenmesi için bir sıra tekerlek bloğu ve ayarlanabilir destek vardır.
- Elmas disk başlığının açılı olması dik açılı kesimlerin rahatça yapılabilmesini sağlamaktadır. Açılar 10 °C ile 45 °C arasında 5°C’lik adımlarla ayarlanabilir. Maksimum kalınlık 45 mm ‘dir.
- Yatay ve dikey kesme işlemlerinin hızını güvenli parametreler içinde düzenleyebilmek için yönetim panelinde kontrolü sağlayan bir cihaz mevcuttur. Aynı yönetim panelinde hem yatay hem de düşey boyutlardaki kesim programlarına izin veren bir PLC bulunur.
