Platformlar

TPEN

Bu makineler özel sehpalara yüklenen cam paketlerini taşımak için geliştirilmiştir. Camların, float hattından stoklara taşınmasını güvenli ve hızlı bir şekilde sağlayan makineler 5-60 ton arası yükleme kapasitesi seçeneklerine sahiptirler.

JUMBO YÜKLEYİCİLER

Jumbo sehpalardaki camları üretim hatlarından stoklara yada istenen başka bir alana taşımak için üretilmiş araçlardır.

Camların güvenli ve hızlı bir şekilde taşınmasını sağlayan makineler genellikle 33 ton yükleme kapasitesine sahiptirler. Talebe göre istenirse 45 ton kapasiteye çıkılabilir.

Camın hassasiyeti ve yüksek taşıma kapasitesi göz önüne alındığında, güvenliği arttırabilmek amacıyla, Italcarrelli “Sicur Lift” kaldırma sistemini geliştirdi ve patentini aldı. Bu sistem sayesinde cam taşıması artık daha güvenlidir.

YAN YÜKLEYİCİLER

EN 4L serisi bu makineler camın tek şekilde tesis içinde taşınmasına yardımcı olur. Cam taşıma işlemi, son derece hassas bir işlem olduğundan, en ufak bir hata, cam plakasının kırılma sebebidir. Bu durum operatör ve etrafındakiler için tehlikelidir. Güvenliği en üst düzeyde tutmaya özen gösteren Italcarrelli, bu yüzden sektörde optical ve ultrasonic sensör geliştiren ilk firmadır.

KONTEYNER YÜKLEME-BOŞALTMA ARACI

Son yıllarda, camların konteynırlarla taşınmasındaki artış, Italcarrelli’nin En-Box’u geliştirmesine sebep oldu. Bu makine, sandıklı camları konteynıra yüklemek, konteynırdan boşaltmak ve aynı zamanda camları stoka yerleştirmek için tasarlandı. En-Box hidrolik ve kolay hareket edebilen kollarıyla, konteynırın içine rahatça girer, sandıkları kaldırır. Tek bir sürücünün yeterli olduğu bu operasyon ile konteynır yüklemek ve boşaltmak artık daha kolay ve güvenlidir.

TRN

TRN, tekerlekli paletleri taşımak için tasarlanmıştır. Otoklava yükleme ve boşaltma yapmak için de çok tercih edilen bu araç, batarya ile çalışır. Taşıma kapasitesi müşteri talebine göre ayarlanabilir. Sürücü tarafından rahatça kullanılan araç, hidrolik kanca yardımıyla, paletleri fabrikaya veya otoklava taşır.

ABV

Yükleme ve boşaltma operasyonunda büyük bir kolaylık sağlayan ABV, camı hat üzerinden stoğa ve/veya stoktaki camı sevkiyat alanına taşımak için kullanılır.

ABV, cama zarar vermeyen 2 çataldan ve kameralı 2 tepe kıskacından oluşan bir aparattır. Her türlü forklifte ya da yan taşıyıcıya monte edilebilen bu araç, ambalajlı veya çıplak camı kaldırıp, taşımak için idealdir. Taşınacak paketlerin kalınlığına göre, tepe kıskaçları ayarlanabilir. Kıskaçların hareketleri hidroliktir. Kıskaçlar sabitlendikten sonra, çatal kendini kilitler.

Operatör, başka bir kişinin yardımı olmadan sadece koltuğunda oturarak, kolaylıkla paketlerin kalınlığını ve yüksekliğini ayarlayabilir. Kıskaçlardaki kamera sayesinde operatör, yükleme boşaltma operasyonunu oturduğu yerdeki monitörden izleyebilir.

SPECIAL EQUIPEMENTS

Italcarrelli designs and produces also equipment for the handling of sheets under special conditions. For example, we produce hydraulic equipment able to pick up the glass, loose or packed, only by the sides and to rotate it by 90°.

This operation is very important for packed glass since the picking up by the side is much faster than with traditional side-loader.

However, this operation is important also for loose glass, since the rotation of glass packs by 90° allows bringing the pack to the correct position also when the glass is picked up from a jumbo glass stacker.

Moreover, Italcarrelli keeps developing innovative means that are then applied in several glass industry fields among which the production of laminated and solar glass.

These production lines require the glass to be stored on special racks; therefore, we developed special side-loaders able to transport them and load them onto the lines in a simple and fast way assuring maximum safety thanks to the great view and maneuverability offered by these means to the operator under any condition.

LAMINATED GLASS

Italcarrelli produces a wide range of machines for the glass handling on the laminating lines. This range includes towing pallet trucks, platforms transporters and inloaders for the handling and loading of racks inside of the autoclave.

These machines are available with a load capacity from 5 to 60 tons and over, they can also be equipped with special devices such as telescopic arms to make the loading/unloading of racks in the autoclave easier.

Features and dimensions of each machine can be customized according to the place of usage and to the size of the racks to be handled.

Optional devices are available such as seated driving position, video cameras, ultrasound sensors for slowing down the machine automatically in presence of obstacles, and hydraulic equipment for fastening the glass on the racks.

AGV

AGV yan yükleyiciyi ve kendinden hareketli platformları otomatik makinelere dönüştüren yenilikçi bir teknolojidir.

Glass and Platform Transporters

Italcarelli’s roots go back to 1962, when the industrialist identified the forklift as an essential product for industry. The company was one of the first industries in Italy to produce diesel engine forklifts, which soon brought orders to the company from every part of Italy. The sector of glass works became one of the most important sectors for Italcarrelli, to the point that the Italcarelli Glass Department was created, which is dedicated to research, development and production of special machines for the handling of flat glass. Italcarrelli has today become a world leader, with its innovative solutions for large plants producing flat glass. Research in this sector has led the company to use innovative technologies, such as optical and ultrasound sensors, radio operated and touch screen guidance systems. The experience gained over the years has made Italcarrelli a dependable partner today for a great many companies all over the world, in designing and producing special machines and forklifts for the handling of any type of goods.

Platforms

TPEN

The vehicles series TPEN are loading platforms with a loading capacity ranging from 5 to 60 tons and beyond. They are used for transporting flat glass on stillages. It is possible to transport glass sheets of any size from the stackers of the float line to the warehouse, as well as for performing normal handling inside the premises of glass industries and companies.

They are equipped with the “Sicur-Lift” lifting system (Patent Pending), which assures a double mechanical and hydraulic safety. The platform dimensions can be tailored according to the size of the racks to be transported. Upon request, we can provide the design of the racks itself. The trucks are battery powered, or equipped with either diesel or gas engine.

Optional devices are available such as seated driving position, video cameras, ultrasound sensors for slowing down the machine automatically in presence of obstacles, and hydraulic equipment for fastening the glass on the racks.

INLOADERS

The vehicles series PTN are machine for transporting glass on jumbo size stillages. These means are an excellent solution for transporting glass sheets from the stackers of the float line to the warehouse, as well as for performing normal handling within the premises of glass industries and companies.

They are usually equipped with a 33 tons loading capacity; however, upon request, versions with loading capacity of 45 tons and over can be made available for example for transporting laminated glass.

These machines are equipped with a lifting system developed by “Sicur-Lift” (Patent Pending), which assures a double mechanical and hydraulic safety.

The forklifts can be battery supplied, as well as diesel powered (available with particle filter) and LPG powered. Moreover, they can be equipped with Vulkollan wheels (to be used only indoor) or with solid rubber wheels (to be used both indoor and outdoor).

Driving positions can be of “standing” type, with fast access operator platform, or of "seated" operator type provided with ergonomic seat. Customizable versions are also available: e.g. with closed cabin; heating and air conditioning system; double controls for forward and reverse run; driving position with rotating seat in order to increase the visibility of the operator during the driving of the transport means.

Optional devices are also available such as the rain-proof cover, ultrasound sensors to slow down the machine automatically in presence of obstacles, video cameras, special equipment for fastening the glass on the trestle; and systems to change the width of the loading profiles hydraulically in order to allow clamping of several types of racks.

SIDE-LOADERS

Side-loaders of the series EN 4L are machines for transporting the single glass packs within the factory. These machines have independent, PLC-controlled wheels; therefore, they can move in all directions. Versions with loading capacity ranging from 3 to 15 tons are available, which can transport all glass sizes, from DLF or LES plates (about 3300 mm long) to jumbo plates (6000 mm of length and beyond).

They are equipped with an innovative pack clamping system by means of telescopic forks, which ease glass loading/unloading operations; moreover, thanks to optical and ultrasound sensors, it is possible to perform the alignment and adjustment of the forks according to the number of packs to be transported automatically.

The splitting operations (splitting of a single pack) are remarkably easier.

Driving positions can be of “standing” type with platform positioned on the upper part of the forklift to offer greater visibility to the operator, or of the “seated” type with cabin positioned on the means chassis.

Control panels consist of a multifunction joystick and a touch screen to allow a simple and fast setting of the forklift.

Optional devices are also available such as video cameras, hydraulic fork positioning devices, suction cups for the clamping of the single sheets and adjustable height driving cabin to perform the loading of the glass inside trucks, without need of removing the canopy.

CONTAINER HANDING

EN BOX 25 is a new patent by Italcarrelli for the loading/unloading of box glass from a closed container. The arm is hydraulically extensible and can rotate by 90° to the right or to the left. On the arm, equipment is positioned, which in its turn is assembled on a 180° rotating support. Moreover, it is equipped with infrared cameras allowing visibility to the operator during the maneuvers inside the container.

Such cameras are available on the display inside the driving cabin.

This equipment allows clamping boxes of different sizes, which are locked to the same by means of 2 small extensible or retractable supports according to the box thickness.

The rotating support allows loading and unloading the plates loaded on the left or right side of the container. Moreover, it is possible to pick up and store the boxes in the warehouse.

Finally, the height of the arm is adjustable in order to allow operation inside the container without need of positioning it on the ground.

SPECIAL EQUIPEMENTS

The multidirectional platforms are equipped with a special steering system that allows them to move in all directions. The innovative multidirectional driving system developed by Italcarrelli enables an excellent control of direction, extremely precise movements, and a surprising stability of the load under any circumstances.

These machines are particularly suitable for applications in which it is necessary to carry out the transportation of special materials and in particularly narrow spaces in which the operator must constantly monitor the movements of the vehicle from different angles.

AGV

AGV is an innovative technology that transforms a machine, such as a side-loader or a self-propelled platform, into an automatic machine.

Through the installation of sensors for the optical, laser or inductive driving, it is possible to have the machine follow a specific path or perform a given task in an automatic way and without the need of presence of any operator.

This technology is used in many industrial fields among which metallurgy, the marine and aviation industry, special constructions, electric transformers, composite materials etc. The AGV technology is chosen for cyclic applications and/or applications requiring very precise movements.

Italcarrelli is able to transform all its machines into AGV machines with optical, laser, and inductive systems, developing also the software for the execution of automatic cycles, system configuration and interface with the system management.

SPECIAL MACHINES

SIDE-LOADERS

Multi-directional side-loaders are forklift trucks able of moving in any direction. Italcarrelli has specialized in the production of side-loaders of large capacity for special applications such as metallurgy and the handling of coils. The ability to change direction without having to rotate the load allows these forklift trucks to move quickly and easily in narrow spaces.

After having inserted the forks under the material to be transported, it is possible to retract the mast within the chassis of the fork lift truck, thus reducing the overall dimensions of the machine during the transportation of the goods. They are available with load capacities ranging from 5 to 50 tons and battery powered versions or versions equipped with diesel and LPG engines.

These machines are equipped with multi-function joystick that allows the operator a more simple and comfortable use. Also available are a wide range of special equipment to meet all needs and sensors to automate driving and handling of the material.

EQUIPEMENT

TOWING MACHINES

The towing machines are machines designed for handling bases with wheels and trailers. Italcarrelli produces several models with towing capacity ranging from 5 to 50 tons and even more.

The haulers are available with the driver's place on board with standing or sitting operator.

They can be equipped with towing hitch that allows also lifting the platform to be towed. Dimensions and features of the hook can be customized according to the needs.
